When using a single beam crane, the following points should be noted:
Ensure that the rated weight is prominently labeled.
Attention should be focused during operation, and dialogue, smoking, or doing unrelated things should be prohibited.
The car should be cleaned thoroughly and equipment, tools, flammable products, explosive products, and hazardous materials should not be placed randomly.
Suspended objects shall not operate over people or equipment.
Do not apply welding or hammering to suspended objects, or work under objects.
Limit switches and interlock protection devices should be checked regularly.
Limit switches cannot be used as parking methods.
When the hook is in the lower limit position, there should be at least two safety ropes on the drum.
Single beam cranes are not allowed to collide with each other, nor are they allowed to use one crane to push another crane to work.
When handling heavy objects, liquid metals, explosive and hazardous materials, slowly lift them from the ground by 100-200 millimeters to test the reliability of the brakes.
The voltage of the lighting for repair and inspection is below 36V.
All electrical equipment casings of single beam cranes need to be grounded. When the car track is not welded to the main beam, welding branch line measures should be taken. The grounding wire can use galvanized flat iron or 10mm bare copper wire with a cross-sectional area greater than 75mm2, or galvanized round steel with a cross-sectional area greater than 30mm. The grounding position of the cab or crane body shall not be less than two. The grounding resistance from any point of the crane to the neutral point of the power supply needs to be less than 4 Ω.
Single beam cranes should undergo regular safety technical inspections and carry out pre press maintenance work.
