The driver of the double beam crane shall obey the signal command of the commander and sound the horn before starting the operation.
The lifting of heavy objects should be 2 meters above all obstacles in the forward direction.
Lifting is strictly prohibited in the following situations: unclear or disorderly lifting command signals; Overloading without lifting; Do not lift if the work is not securely fastened; If there is someone on the suspended object, do not lift it; If the installation device is not flexible, do not lift it; The workpiece is buried underground without lifting; Do not lift the inclined workpiece; If the light is dim and unclear, do not hang; Do not lift small accessories or short materials when they are too full; Do not lift sharp objects without protective measures such as padding.
It is necessary to hang additional lifting capacity signs in prominent places on each crane.
It is necessary for the operator to turn off the main power only after confirming that there is no one on the walking platform or trajectory.
When a double beam crane operates on a line without obstacles, it is necessary to keep the hook or lifting device and the bottom of the lifting object at least 2 meters above the ground.
The double beam crane does not allow collisions with each other, let alone the use of one crane to propel another crane for work.
All electrical equipment casings of double beam bridge cranes should be grounded. If the trajectory of the trolley is not welded to the main beam, grounding wire welding measures should be adopted.
