Before use, it is necessary to determine whether the hydraulic oil is filled up according to regulations through the liquid level window of the mailbox. If the oil level is below the specified mark, continue to replenish until it is full. During the refueling process, it is recommended to use a refueling filter to avoid mixing impure substances such as different brands of oil or water.
After 250 hours of operation, the oil filter element should be inspected and replaced or cleaned if necessary.
Before leaving the factory, various valves in the hydraulic system are thoroughly tested, and operators also need to check once to confirm whether the pressure and flow rate have reached the specified values, and to see if there are any traces of being touched.
During the use of the double beam crane, every two weeks, the bottom oil outlet of the hydraulic oil tank should be cleaned to remove moisture and impurities. Alternatively, after using it for at least one year and working for at least 2000 hours, all hydraulic oil should be replaced. If the oil has not deteriorated, the oil change cycle can be appropriately extended. But in particularly harsh working environments, it is necessary to shorten the replacement cycle appropriately.
The various components of the double beam crane, especially the various devices of the hydraulic system, must not have any attached dirt. Be sure to clean up dust or oil stains in a timely manner after homework.
In daily work, it is also necessary to carry out routine inspections and maintenance of equipment, including checking whether all bolts are loose, whether the steel wire rope is worn, whether the electrical circuit is damaged, whether the brake is sensitive, whether the sliding contact wire device is in good condition, the working status of electrical components, and regularly oiling and lubricating the machine.
